Ann Murray grew up in Southern California, the youngest of seven children in a big Catholic family. Her life has taken her from Oxnard to San Diego, and for a time, to Costa Rica with her family. “I’m with dogs a lot, and then I just… on my spiritual path doing things that I love to do — hiking, dancing, being with people as much as possible, traveling,” she shares. Ann describes her life as “always changing and evolving”, with a focus on stretching, growing, and creating beauty around her.

Ann’s sense of presence is woven into her daily life. She finds value in slowing down and truly meeting the moment. In her words, “I’m continue to… stretch and grow and create things of beauty… so always changing and evolving.” That openness shapes the way she engages with family and community, and it underpins her ability to connect meaningfully with others.

Her journey into channeling was not planned or sought out directly. As she explains, “I didn’t set out to do channeling… it just started happening.” For Ann, channeling is about allowing what needs to come through, without forcing or controlling the process. It’s part of her broader commitment to be present and to create spaces for others to feel safe and heard.

A central theme in Ann’s life is her trust in the unknown. “I don’t need to know how it’s going to work out. I just trust it will,” she says. This perspective allows her to move through life without clinging to rigid plans, welcoming the magic of what emerges naturally. It’s an approach that invites curiosity, surrender, and a deep faith in life’s unfolding.
